Task Manager: "read_file: can't open .../xxx10/pc_display_eng/job-details"

Problem Symptoms:
The GUI Task Manager --> Batch Log --> Batch Job Details gets the following error:

read_file: can't open /tmp/utf_files/exlibris/aleph/u21_1/xxx10/pc_display_eng/job-details

Cause:
* In xxx50 $data_root there's a pc_display_eng directory; but in xxx10 $data_root, there is none.

* ./xxx10/tab/path_convert lacks a line like the following from ./usm10/tab/path_convert:

$usm10_dev/usm10/pc_display_eng $usm50_dev/usm50/pc_display_eng

Resolution:
1. Add the following line to ./xxx10/tab/path_convert:

$xxx10_dev/xxx10/pc_display_eng $xxx50_dev/xxx50/pc_display_eng

2. Restart the pc_server.
