When we try to run Upgrade Express we get the message "The Upgrade Express is currently running. Some options may not be available."

And then it does nothing ... except take us back to the menu.

Resolution:
Upgrade Express issues this message when it finds an upgrade.running or upgrade_express.running file in the upgrade_express_nn01_nn01 directory. (This file can be left by an unsuccessful run of Upgrade Express.)

If you are certain that all previous Upgrade express runs are done, you may delete the upgrade.running or upgrade_express.running file.
