    The transaction-id value of an ILL-REQUEST APDU is an illegal duplicate

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Error message "StatusOrErrorReport from ... StatusThe transaction-id value of an ILL-REQUEST APDU is an illegal duplicate" when handling an ISO ILL borrowing request
    * But the lending request on the partner side is successfully automatically created
    * What does the error message mean and does it cause any problems in processing the requests?

    Cause:
    At the very same moment when the borrowing request was processed by ue_19, a member of the ILL staff clicked on the "Send" button for the request. As a result, two APDU messages of type "REQUEST" were created for it. When the ue_17 then processed these messages, it detected the duplication and sent an error report to the requester.

    Resolution:
    The message is just for information only. It does not cause any problems in the further handling of the request.
