Description:
After updating an existing BIB record with changes in fields that are used in browse indexes, the old version of the index entry remains in the index, as a "There are no records associated with this heading" entry.

Is there something we need to change in our configuration so that the obsolete entry is deleted from the index, or is there a service we need to be running on a regular basis to clean up the indexes?

Resolution:
If, in addition to no longer having any titles associated with it, the heading is not linked to an authority record, running p_manage_15 will delete it.
