    Unable to Find Id (" message when Placing hold in Course Reserves

    When trying to place a hold via the Course Reserves "Hold Request" button, the pop-up for "Enter Patron Information" has a field for Entering the Patron ID/Barcode, a check box for 'Mark as Printed' and a second check box labeled "Unable to Find Id ("

    I assume there a missing message here for the check box, however, when I look in the documentation it doesn't appear as if there should be a second check box there at all. Where is this second check box coming from and is it a legitimate option?

    Resolution:
    This message indicates that the .\circ\tab\eng\window.dat on your PC lacks the following line:

    CourseHoldReqDlg.Check.MarkPrinted #Mark as Printed
    CourseHoldReqDlg.Check.ExactCopy Exact Copy <------------

    This line was included in v20 rep_change 3332, which was included in v20 Service Pack 3389 (Feb. 2011).

    You can get the ./pc_exe/version/Circ/Tab/Eng/window.dat from your server or you can add the shown line above to the .\circ\tab\eng\window.dat on your pc.
