    Unable to delete hold request attached to Title request

    In reference to KB 16384-26817, we are having the same difficulty with ADM record: 000091702

    Two Patrons have holds on its items:
    ID479397
    ID553251

    Is there a way to change the z37_request_type for these requests from "T" to "H" via the GUI so that we can delete these requests?

    Resolution:
    Any z37_type "T" request should have a z370. If it doesn't, it won't work.

    The z37_type was changed from "T" to "H" via SQL. (There is no way to do this in the GUI.)

    The requests could then be deleted.
