    Undesired ILL server running; "cannot touch ... illsv" errors

    Problem Symptoms:
    1. util/w/1/7/7 shows an unnecessary ILL server running

    2. Error messages in aleph_shutdown log:

    Shutting down daemons/background jobs
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_01_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_03_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_06_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_08_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_11_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_13_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_17_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_19_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_21_stop': No such file or directory
    touch: cannot touch `/exlibris/aleph/a20_1/illsv/scratch/util_e_23_stop': No such file or directory

    Cause:
    "ISO_ILL" setenv missing from aleph_start.

    Resolution:
    1. Add the following line to $alephe_root/aleph_start (after theVST_SERVER_STARTUP line):

    setenv ISO_ILL N

    2. > source aleph_start

    3. Run aleph_shutdown / aleph_startup.
