    Update the date in field-008 positions 07-10- based-on-field 260 subfield c

    Procedure:
    1 vi /exlibris/aleph/xxx_1_xxx/xxx01/tab/tab_fix
    Add the following line to tab_fix to routine INS
    INS fix_doc_tag_008_open_date
    2 Restart PC server
    3 create input file in Aleph sequential format of the records which need to be corrected in /exlibris/aleph/xxx_x_xxx/xxx01/scratch
    3 run Fix Catalog Records (manage-37) on the input using fix Routine INS
