Step 1010 is executed for libraries of type BIB, ADM and ILLSV.
Since the xxx30 library has DOC-TYPE-BIB=Y defined in ./xxx30/tab/tab100, this results in handling the library xxx30 although there is not table z35 defined in Course libraries.
