    Problem Symptoms:
    The default expiry date for the patron address should be unlimited.

    Although tab ..xxx50/tab/tab100 has

    DEFAULT-ADDRESS=01 999

    the "valid to" date for newly created users for addresses is always 1 year from now instead of being left empty.

    Cause:
    Fast Patron Registration does not use switch DEFAULT-ADDRESS

    Resolution:
    circ.ini:
    FastPatronRegistration=Y

    For fast patron registration the default for Z304-DATE-TO is set in .[usr_library]/tab/tab_fast_patron_register .

    You cannot define 'unlimited' date here, but you could define a date well ahead in the future (e.g. 50 years from now).

    Example:

    Z304-DATE-TO=00000050Y

    Category: Circulation (500)

    Subject: Patrons
