    Web OPAC keeps going down

    Problem Symptoms:
    Web OPAC is unstable. It does not load the home page (basic search). Restarting the WWW Server brings it back for a while, but then it's dying again.

    Cause:
    Malicious crawler

    Resolution:
    Block the malicious IP in $alephe_tab/server_ip_allowed, or by firewall rules.
