    Question

What is CopyArrivalLetter in .\ill\tab\print.ini used for?

What is the difference to ArrivalLetter?

    Answer

    Description from rep_change #1233 (Aleph 18):

In the integrated ILL module, the receive action for returnable and non-returnable uses the same print function in print.ini file.

This correction adds the ability to split the print function for these two options.

The print function for returnable and non-returnable was "ArrivalLetter".

It has been changed and now if a different function for non-returnable is needed, a new function is added to print.ini named "CopyArrivalLetter".
If there is no need for a different function behavior, then the print.ini remains as it is ("ArrivalLetter"").

If a different print behavior is needed on the receive action for returnable and non-returnable requests, add a new entry to the .\ill\tab\print.ini file for non-returnable requests, for

    example:

    CopyArrivalLetter 00 N P arrlet.prn NO-PRINT NO-PRINT

    Additional Information

In Aleph 23 the entry is in the .\ill\tab\print.ini file by default.
