Resolution:
p_manage_105 (new in 15.2) adds untraced references to and deletes untraced references from the bib library Headings index. Since untraced references are not expanded through the UE_08 process, new headings in the authority database are imported into the bibliographic headings list as untraced references only by running this batch process. It should be run following any run of p_manage_02. And whenever there are a number of untraced references which need to be added. As its first step the service deletes all Untraced References in the bib Z01.
