What is the trigger for SMS messages? Our emails/print notices are sent by the Aleph client at the point at which the Print Daemon picks them up from the Aleph server. What is the flow for SMS messages?
Answer
The sending of SMS text is similar to emails: the SMS is sent when the letter is processed via the Task Manager (or Print Daemon).
