Where are UTIL A 10 and UTIL A 11 in Aleph ver.18.01?

We are looking for UTIL A 10 and UTIL A 11 in Aleph ver.18.01? Some ver.18 documentation mentions these utils, while the System Administrators Guide does not. Are they still required? Is there another mechanism which drops and rebuilds these tables?
