Where can you get the Arial Unicode MS font?

    • Product: Aleph
    • Product Version: 20, 21, 22, 23

    Question

Where can you get the Arial Unicode MS font?

    Answer

The ARIALUNI.TTF file (the Arial Unicode MS font) needs to be in the PC's ./Windows/Fonts directory.  It is not included in any version of Windows.  It needs to be imported.  If you have it in your Windows 7 ./Windows/Fonts directory, you can copy it from there to your Windows 10 ./Windows/Fonts directory.

If you don't have it on any of your PC's, it's available on the US FTP server, in the /GUI/Fonts/Cyber directory, which would be accessed like this:  ftp ftp.exlibris-usa.com  -- login:  ftpuser ; pw: aleph500 .

After it is installed, you should see it in your fonts on your PC at "Start - Programs - Accessories - System Tools - Character Map -Fonts"
