    Question

Why are opening hours not taken into account for executing jobs (overdue notices, courtesy notices)?
Although a date is defined as closing day, the jobs for overdue notices are executed.

    Answer

As long as the job daemon is active, the jobs will be executed automatically. The job daemon does not take opening hours into account.

    Additional Information

For the calculation of due dates the closing days are taken into account. Running a job for overdue notices on a closing day will only create overdue letters for items that were due *before* the closing day.
