Why does cir-23 with Update run so long?

abc50_p_cir_23.90784 is still running from 9:52am for more than 3.5 hours, 6215 Aug 9 09:59 cun50_p_cir_23.90784.
Why does it take so long with 'Y' while 'N' mode took around 2.5 hours this morning? Is there any estimation how long will it run?

This job is still running for more than 5,5 hours. What can you advise on it?

Resolution:
The reason p_cir_23 (and other jobs) were taking so long to run was an incorrect optimizer mode ... see KB 16384-31313.
