    Withdrawn item: "Unable to create ADM record - BIB record is deleted"

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Item keeps showing up on the Withdrawn report; should be deleted.
    * Only place information about item can be seen is in Circulation.
    * Looking for item in Cataloging / Items, yields the message "cannot find ADM record" or "Unable to create ADM record - BIB record is deleted".
    * Able to find system number via SQL only.

    Cause:
    The z30 record has been removed but the item is still on loan (the z36 still exists) or the ADM record still exists.

    Resolution:
    Delete the ADM record (in GUI Cataloging, connected to the ADM library).
