Z00T and Z112 don't exist

I don't know how important the Z00T table is but I noticed the following error in our pc_server_6991.log on our v20 production server:
Oracle error: update_cursor z00t
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

I get the same error when I do util/f/4 followed by the following over and over when you hit enter:

02 z00t_rec_key \
03 doc_number .......000000001
02 z00t_cataloger .....
02 z00t_update_date ...00000000
02 z00t_update_time ...0000
02 z00t_field_code ....
02 z00t_text ..........
new doc number = K, exit = Q, continue = RETURN

For Z112, I just get:
Oracle error: io_z112_next
ORA-00942: table or view does not exist

On our v20 test server, I do not get these errors. Is this another problem related to our production upgrade? I had submitted SI #16384-281?859 with an issue with the z71 table after our upgrade but it was determined only z71, z30h and z104 were missing. So I don't know why the Z00T and Z112 problems were not found as well. Although this error is different and just looks like the tables need to be created since they are new in v20. So let me know how we should handle this.

Resolution:
I found that 4 steps did not complete, however 3 of them (1002, 1004 and 1009) are for ILL, which you do not have. Additionally step 1010 did not create a sequence, so I have run that step as well and confirmed its success.
