    Z13_id1 not included in certain file_list's which have z13 and z13_id

    The file lists are not consistent concerning this index:

    file_list.ADM:IND z13_id
    file_list.ADM:IND z13_id1

    file_list.AUT:IND z13_id

    file_list.BIB:IND z13_id
    file_list.BIB:IND z13_id1

    file_list.COURSE:IND z13_id

    file_list.HOL:IND z13_id

    file_list.ILL:IND z13_id

    file_list.ILLSV:IND z13_id
    file_list.ILLSV:IND z13_id1

    file_list.VIR:IND z13_id

    Should it not be in them all?

    I think it is missing in COURSE because of a typo - there is a dulpicate line for TAB z13:

    TAB z13 400K,4M,4M,4M,4M,4M 0K ts0,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D
    IND z13_id 100K,4M,4M,4M,4M,4M 0K ts1,TS2X,TS2X,TS2X,TS2X,TS2X
    TAB z13 400K,4M,4M,4M,4M,4M 0K ts0,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D,TS2D

    I haven't looked in the other file list where it is missing..

    Please let me know what I should do about this.
