    Z39.50: "Errors encountered during query ... DatabaseDoesNotExist"

    Description:
    We were recently able to turn on z39.50 searching of our Aleph holdings in our document delivery system ILLiad (version 8.0.12) but we can longer connect.

    The error message I receive when I try to search using z39.50 in ILLiad is the following: "Errors encountered during query: an error was encountered while performing the z39.50 query: DatabaseDoesNotExist (XXX01)".

    I am attaching a screenshot of the Aleph server data that has been entered into our ILLiad customization manager.

    Resolution:
    The jpg shows XXX01PUB as the "Database Name", but, looking at taB_base.eng on dc01vg003na(a20_1), I find that XXX01PUB is commented out:
