ars_server: "Error 001 in HK system"

Description
In the ./xxx50/scratch directory, ars_server log we see the PR (Pick Request) with no errors, but the Responding TR message has the error 001:
2018-03-15 10:01:43 [err] Error 001 in HK system.
2018-03-15 10:01:43 [err] Message 2018031509595613: Sending failed.
Resolution
The Dematic tech support person found an error in the software that was causing that error code to be sent improperly. He modified the code and testing has shown that it's now OK.
