    cir-51: "Error (cash_get_vat_rate) : failed to read tab18 for active-library = XXX50 cash-type = 0003"

    Problem Symptoms:
    The following error message appears in the cir-51 job log:

    Error (cash_get_vat_rate) : failed to read tab18 for active-library = XXX50 cash-type = 0003

    Cause:
    No col. 1 type "0003" line in ./xxx50/tab/tab18.eng for the sublibrary/item-status/patron-status of loan record being processed.

    Resolution:
    1. add the following line to ./xxx50/tab/tab18.eng (at the end of the existing 0003 lines):

    0003 #### ## ## Z Late return - Other sublib

    or

    2. add lines to tab18.eng for each XXX50 sublibrary found in $alephe_tab/tab_sub_library.eng which circulates books and which lacks a 0003 entry.
