circulation notices not generated

Description:
Our circulation notices, overdues, recalls and cash due were not generated this morning. When I check UTIL-C-7, I can see that the jobs are in a state of "Holding until 11/22/2005 00".

Why is this hapenning?

Resolution:
UTIL-C-1 showed that the p_acq_13 job never completed. Thus, the p_cir_51 circulation notice job, which was queued up behind it, was still waiting.
The p_acq_13 log ($alephe_scratch/new50_p_acq_13.00990) looks like this:
start NEW50,941,NEWMN,112105cp.epo
ps -ef | grep acq_13 showed that there were two processes still active for acq_13.
I "kill"ed these processes, after which the jobs which were waiting (p_cir_01, p_cir_51, p_cir_13, and pc_cash_05) ran in quick succession.
