    clear_vir01: the account is locked; SP2-0306: Invalid option

    Resolution:
    I find (trying to do s+ vir01 and s+ aleph_admin) that both the vir01
    Oracle user and the aleph_admin Oracle user are locked.

    Please:

    unlock them

    do util y/8 to make sure that their passwords are correct

    run clear_vir01.
