customer code" in util_sp (Service Pack utility)

Question

The util_sp (Service Pack utility) asks for a "customer code":

Please enter Ex Libris customer code (country code + customer):

Where can this code be found?

Answer

* As can be seen at http://www.howtocallabroad.com/codes.html , the "country code" for the U.S., Canada, and other North American countries is "1" -- which, for Aleph's purposes, is entered in as "01".
* The "customer" is three or more uppercase letters.
* Thus, the North American customer "ABC" would enter in "01ABC" as the customer code.

This is the same code one uses to log on to the Documentation Center.
