    ftp: "No control connection for command: ... Passive mode refused"

    Description:
    We are trying to download the ora11_linux32.tar.gz files from ftp.exlibris.co.il.

    We connect to the ftp server and do /oracle/11.1.0.7/linux32/quick.

    We keep getting "No control connection for command: ... Passive mode refused" :

    Resolution:
    Customer was able to do ftp successfully; it seems that this problem was fixed by Ex Libris staff.
