loan return : z00p not updated for course reading records

Description:
When a course reading item is returned, only the z00p (Publishing) record of the bib record is updated (UDQ01).

The z00p of the course reading record is NOT updated (UTR30).

In the attached document, you see 3 examples.
The 3 highlighted timestamps are the ones that should have been updated.
They should have been updated like their associated bib record, just above, updated on item return.

Below, you see an exemple of what is happening in primo :

In red, you see "Checked Out from" and "Out of library" (z00p not updated).

And at "Status", you see "On Shelf", which is the direct Aleph data.

Implementation Notes:

1) In order to publish records linked through ITM link when an item availability is changed (loan, return, etc...) in adm_library (e.g USM50), add to
[adm_library]/tab/tab_z105 the line:

UPDATE-ITM m USM50

2) Restart ue_11 in $z105_library

3) Synchronize the tab_z105 heading with util h/2
