manage-01: "7 Disk space exhausted" and "Write Error b_manage_01_c"

Problem Symptoms:
1. manage-01 fails with the following messages:

I/O error : file '/aleph/prod/tmp/sny01-filenum-220'
error code: 9/007 (ANS74), pc=0, call=1, seg=0
7 Disk space exhausted

2. Each of the ./xxx01/scratch process logs (p_manage_01_a_n.log) ends in multiple "Write Error b_manage_01_c" messages.

Cause:
At the time that the indexing failed, the /exlibris filesystem was 100% utilized.

Resolution:
* Clean up the /exlibris directory as described in the Ex Libris Documentation Center > Aleph > Support > How To from Support by subject > Indexing_filing_and_expand_procedures > "How To Run Index Jobs", section 5, which has Oracle space and work disk-space calculations for manage-01.

* Re-run manage-01.
