    manage-91: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found

    Problem Symptoms:
    * "Error found in log file: ORA-01452: cannot CREATE UNIQUE INDEX; duplicate keys found"-message (while creating index Z91_ID) in log file of service Update Full Text Index (manage-91)

    Cause:
    ue_01_z0102 was running in parallel to manage-91 and has updated the same records

    Resolution:
    Solution
    1. Stop all ue_01 processes using util e/2
    2. Check with util c/1 (Check Library Running Process) if all processes are stopped. This may take a few minutes.
    3. Rerun service "Update Full Text Index (manage-91)" to rebuild Z91
