oracle_imp_aleph_libs loading of the z980 takes too long.

Despite running oracle_exp_aleph_libs with the z97/z98 omitted (see KB 16384- ), we found that the oracle_imp_aleph_libs proc took 16 hours to process the 2.4 million z980 records.

Resolution:
The loading of the z980 by oracle_imp_aleph_libs took over 16 hours.

The z980 is a temporary version of the z98. There are 2.4 million in abc01.

I have changed the $aleph_proc/oracle_exp_aleph_libs_a on the v17 server to omit the z980 in addition to the z98.

(The p_manage_01 we will be running at the end of the upgrade simply drops the z980.)
