p_acq_06 (for serials) is getting the following errors (as seen in the $alephe_scratch/p_acq_06 log):

Oracle error: fetch z78
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [kdsgrp1], [], [], [], [],

Oracle error: update_cursor z78
ORA-03113: end-of-file on communication channel

Oracle error: fetch z68
ORA-03114: not connected to ORACLE

mv: cannot stat `/exlibris/aleph/u18_1/uma50/scratch/p_acq_06.2': No such file or directory

Resolution:
We rebuilt the Oracle index for the z78 (using util a/17/3) and we no longer get the error. I have run p_acq_06 (with Update = N) successfully. (See the $alephe_scratch/abc50_p_acq_06.0703b log.)

In the course of doing this the 000962407-00020-012 z78 order claim record (for "Vol. 89", November 2007) was deleted. I'm pretty sure that this volume was received and that this claim is no longer needed.
