p_cir_32 removes the patron IDs from newer records

Problem Symptoms:
Starting cir-32 (Remove Patron IDs) removes IDs from records from records that were created later than the number of days back specified.

Cause:
Customer has used a value > 999 as "Number of Days to Retain" when starting the job via job_list.
This parameter can have up to 3 digits only (therefore in GUI the parameter is limited to 999).
If using parameter > 999 the system will read the last 3 digits only.

Resolution:
Do not set ""Number of Days to Retain"-parameter to a value higher than 999.
