    p_circ_51 using default values, not customized

    Description:
    Several of our sublibraries have unique handling costs and fixed prices defined in tab34. When we run cir_51 using the "Bills for Lost Material" radio button the system applies the default values.

    Resolution:
    Column 5 is hash filled where it should just have a single hash if you want it to match any call number. Try changing that and restarting the PC server.
