    Description:
    In v17, after running p_course_03, we would run p_manage_01 and p_manage_02 for the ABC30 so that the inactive courses would be reindexed and would stop displaying in the OPAC. Is this still necessary in v19?

    Resolution:
    The change to the CNO-6 field in the doc record (the addition of "NA") will cause p_course_05 to send the record to the server -- which results in reindexing of the record by the abc30 ue_01.

    It is not necessary to run p_manage_01 or p_manage_02.

    {Note: In v19 it’s p_course_05 that updates the course period to “NA”. In v17, p_course_03 used to do this but this job was split up in v19. p_course_03 gives you a list of records that are linked to a course that is not currently active. Then p_course_05 updates these to “NA”.}

      • p_course_01 submitted from Web Course Reserve Staff Menu doesn't run.
      • p_course_03 doesn't work; resulting z108_period is "ENG" (instead of "NA").
