p_file_96 creates bad z30_order_number's

Description:
In running p_file_96, when we have "suppress zeroes" set to "n" in the xxx50 util g/2 last-order-number-mono and we specify a prefix which is more than one character, it generates a truncated z30_order_number. For example, the z30_order_number will be "AP04-00000" while the z68_order_number has the correct, complete value of "AP04-000001234". .... [From Jerry:] The z30_order_numbers output by p_file_96 are limited to 10 characters (due to the DEF-DOC-VAL and DEF-REC-VAL definitions in P_FILE_96_DEF being only 10 bytes). .... The workaround is to set "suppress zeroes" for the last-order-number-mono to "y" and to have a prefix which is no more than 4 characters. But this needs to be fixed so that p_file_96 will create order numbers of at least 20 characters. ....
