    Description:
When the colleges try to create an inventory definition (item 01) there is no report number in the resulting output for that job. (The raw xml shows that the field is there, but it is empty.)

I have been testing on ABC (on test system) who had the inventory stuff working before we switched to R20. I've checked the documentation and don't see anything that would suggest that there is some configuration change I should be making. (the ilast-shelf-rpt-num field is valid -- util/g/2 is set up and valid).

    Any suggestions?

    Resolution:
    The abc50_p_item_01.02265 log shows:

    setenv p_call_no_from "qa1234"
    setenv p_call_no_to "zz1234"

These values need to match the z30_call_no_key. Please try this instead:

    setenv p_call_no_from "$$hQA1234"
    setenv p_call_no_to "$$hZZ1234"
