p_manage_01: expand_doc_bib_accref

Description:
We just ran p_manage_01 and are finding that entries that should have been created via expand_doc_bib_accref were not created. The bib library tab_expand has the required "WORD expand_doc_bib_accref".

What is the problem?

Resolution:
The headings should be created before p_manage_01 is run otherewise expand_doc_bib_accref will not have any Z01 ACC records from which to draw words to be included in the Words index.

Run p_manage_02 to create the Headings before running p_manage_01 to create the Words.
