p_manage_01 did not finish on abc10 Test

Description:
We have loaded a new authoriities library on ABC10 and are indexing the records. Manage-01 did not finish.

Resolution:
The /exlibris/aleph/u18_1/abc10/scratch/p_manage_01_a.err file shows that this is a space problem.

util o/14/1 shows:

TABLESPACE_WITHOUT_FREE_SPACE
------------------------------
TS1D

After adding datafile(s) you will need to do util c/6 to unlock the library before re-running.
