    p_manage_01 stops ue_01 process

    I started p_manage_01 on our test server (to correct a Word indexing problem) and find that the ue_01 indexing daemon has stopped and the queue of z07's (as seen in

    SQL-ABC01> select count(*) from z07;

    is at 177,000 and is not going down.

    Resolution:
    As noted in the "How To Run Index Jobs" document, p_manage_01 stops all of the ue indexing daemons in the library it is being run in.

    Once p_manage_01 is done, it will restart ue_01 and the other daemons and you should start seeing the z07 count going down again.
