I just tried running p_manage_17 and got the following error:

Error: Option A unavailable until further notice, Exiting

Can you tell me what Option A refers to?

Resolution:
A" is the "Reorganize entire index" option. The reason for its unavailability is described in KB 8192-10103.

You need to choose option "C" in the form ("Continue from last handled acc sequence as defined in last-long-acc-number in UTIL G/2"). If this is the first run of p_manage_17 following p_manage_02, be sure that the last-long-acc-number is set to zero in util g/2.
