    p_manage_17 still needs to be run after p_manage_02?

    Description:
    We have rebuilt authority headings, but find that the long headings are not sorting alphabetically. Isn't that supposed to be part of the p_manage_ process in v.18? Or does p_manage_17 still need to be run?

    Resolution:
    In version 18, ue_01 updates the long headings, eliminating the need to run p_manage_17 on a daily (or weekly) basis.

    But p_manage_17 does still need to be run each time p_manage_02 is run.
