How does deletion of Authority records by p_manage_31 work in v16.02?

Resolution:
P_manage_31 in 16.02 bases its treatment of records on the Record Status (field LDR, position 05). If it is coded “d” by LTI, then p_manage_31 will delete the record. The report that is generated will log all of the records that have been deleted. If there is a 682 tag in the Authority record providing an explanation for the deletion, this will be included in the report.
