    p_manage_70: "Error reading order"

    Description:
    We are trying to use the p-manage-70 service to convert order numbers to bib numbers and are getting the following errors:
    Error reading order. Skipping line: 42823SCS50 SCS50
    Error reading order. Skipping line: 42824SCS50 SCS50
    Error reading order. Skipping line: 42841SCS50 SCS50
    Error reading order. Skipping line: 42995SCS50 SCS50

    Resolution:
    Looking at the b_manage_70_order_to_bib program, when ORDER to BIB is specified, p_manage_70 expects input records in the following format:

    02 REC-IN-DOC-NUMBER PICTURE 9(9).
    02 REC-IN-SEQUENCE PICTURE 9(5).
    02 REC-IN-LIBRARY PICTURE X(5).

    Note: the SEQUENCE is the Z68-SEQUENCE (the last five digits of the z68_rec_key).

    Thus, a sample input record would be: 0000001800001USM50
