Process was aborted because of the above errors

What "invalid lines" are they referring to?

Resolution:
You need to look for messages earlier in the log. In this case, 10 lines previous we saw:

2010-04-07 22:24:52 Format: ML (line No. 000000003 in the tab_publish table of the USM01) is not supported. Line was skipped.

An examination of line# 3 showed that the "MARC_XML" Repository Format was in column 4, when it should have been in column 5.
