    Problem Symptoms:
    Thousands of lines:
    in translate_ap_zip_usa
    in pc_server_nnnn.log

    Cause:
    These messages can be ignored and do not indicate any problem.
    A debug message used for internal Ex Libris testing has been accidentially distributed in standard version.

    Resolution:
    rep_change 71 (Aleph 22) is removing this debug message.
