publish-04: "Format: MARC_XML ... is not supported. Line was skipped."

Problem Symptoms:
The publish-04 ("Initial Publishing Process") $alephe_scratch log has the following error messages:

... Format: MARC_XML (line No. 0000000n in the tab_publish table of the XXX01) is not supported. Line was skipped.
... After filtering the invalid tab_publish lines, the publishing set xxxxxxx will not be processed.
... Process was aborted because of the above errors

Cause:
The tab_publish line for the xxxxxxx publishing set had a space preceding MARC_XML (in column 5).

Resolution:
Make sure that "MARC_XML" is in the first position of column 5 in the line for this publishing set.
