    ret-item-02 report is empty

    Problem Symptoms:
    Despite the fact that there are items with item-process-status "MI" (or "MS"), the ret-item-02 (Missing Items) report is empty.

    Cause:
    Looking at the $LOGDIR/ xxx50_p_ret_item_02.nnnnn log, both "include inventory" and "include history" are null:

    setenv p_include_inventory ""
    setenv p_include_history ""

    indicating that they were unchecked in the submission. If neither is checked, the report is empty.

    Resolution:
    On the ret-item-02 submission screen ...

    1. To include items which are currently missing, check the "Include Inventory" box.
    2. To include items which were previously missing but have been returned, check the "Include Items History" box.
