    sip2_server: "Active library 'XXX01' is not a ADM library - exiting"

    Problem Symptoms:
    * Restarting the sip2_server with util w/3/7/4 fails
    * The log shows:

    2009-02-17 09:15:09 Error: Active library 'XXX01' is not a ADM library - exiting

    Cause:
    Active library is xxx01 instead of ADM library

    Resolution:
    You need to be connected to the XXX50 ADM library when you do the util w/3/7/4 to start the sip2_server.

    1. dlib xxx50
    2. execute util w/3/7/4
